STANDARD INSIDE DELIVERY AND ON-SITE INSTALLATION SERVICE includes delivery, unpacking, assembly and installation, and removal of packing materials. This service is provided within the 48 contiguous United States during weekdays from 8am to 5pm for all locations within 50 miles of metropolitan areas (population over 500,000) but excludes deliveries within Manhattan (New York City), Chicago, San Francisco, Canada and where special delivery requirements are needed (see below). If additional delivery requirements apply, please select the Special Delivery Requirements below to prevent your order from being delayed by our delivery and installation agents.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA: LOCAL STANDARD INSIDE DELIVERY AND ON-SITE INSTALLATION SERVICE includes delivery, unpacking, assembly and installation, and removal of packing materials for any location within the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, and San Diego. This service is provided during weekdays from 8am to 5pm.

SPECIAL INSIDE DELIVERY AND ON-SITE INSTALLATION SERVICE REQUIREMENTS includes the Standard Delivery and Installation Services for any of the following special requirements: after hour service, union delivery or installation employees, insurance liability endorsement, deliveries within Manhattan (New York City), San Francisco, Chicago, deliveries in areas that are more than 50 miles but less than 100 miles from a metropolitan areas, and deliveries into Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, Canada. Deliveries and installation beyond 100 miles of a metropolitan area are quoted separately - call us 760-727-1190 x1 . If these special delivery requirements apply, please select the Special Delivery Requirements to prevent your order from being delayed by our delivery agent.

REMOTE AREAS DELIVERY into Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and into the northern areas of Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota, or any other areas that are more than 100 miles from a metropolitan area (population over 500,000) is provided at the Special Delivery rate but does not include installation. Customer is responsible for providing their own installation and assembly in these areas or can contact us for a quotation.

STAIR CARRY The charge for carrying furniture up stairs is not included in any of our delivery and installation rates. Our fee for stair carries is $25 per flight for every $1000 increment or any portion thereof of the total purchase price of your order (ie. a stair carry up 1 flight for a $3600.00 total purchase has a stair carry charge of $100). Please call us to schedule orders with stair carries. If a stair carry is required, please select this option to prevent your order from being delayed by our delivery agent.

INSURANCE CERTIFICATES If your building manager requires an insurance certificate naming them as an "additional ensured", an endorsement certificate (up to $1,000,000) will be provided to them for a charge of $100. If your building manager requires an insurance certificate, please select this option to prevent your building manager from prohibiting the delivery.

CANADIAN deliveries into Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver are available for a surcharge of 18% of the sales price of the items purchased for the 6% - 8% Canadian customs' duties, the 6% Canadian General Sales Tax, Canadian Clearance fees, Canadian Bond fee, Canadian Records Maintenance fee, and for exportation handling. Tax deductions for these taxes are passed to the Canadian buyer when allowed. Our Special Delivery and Installation Charge is added to all Canadian orders. Deliveries into Quebec province are also charged the 7% Quebec Sales Tax. All amounts are in US dollars. All of our limited warranties as stated on this website, apply to Canadian transactions.

ALL ITEMS REQUIRE ASSEMBLY, are heavy and require care to bring inside and assemble. Our Executive Office Desks, Conference Tables, and Reception Desks are designed as built-in furniture and may not be moved after installation without disassembly. Our office specialist installation agents are located nationwide to install your office furniture. They will deliver, unpack, assemble and install your furniture, and then remove all the packing materials. All items are shipped from the Los Angeles, California area.
